Week one and done?



We are almost through week one of the 90 day challenge. Hopefully this week you were able to 1) get your diet under control 2) get your fitness schedule going. The first week is always the toughest. We all have our road bumps. The important thing is you make the time in your busy schedule to fit fitness in. It need to be scheduled just like a business meeting or dinner date. Make it a priority to take care of your body and look great.

Remember that a being fit and healthy is a marathon not a race. Take it slow and steady. Its a life style change that will take several weeks for you to get used to. You may get cranky. You may want to cheat or even quit, but you can stick to it. We can help you reach your goals.
