2 weeks in: How are you doing?



Ok people, two weeks have come and gone. I hope you are all still working hard on your 90 day challenge. It is never easy, but it will be well worth it when you get to day 90. Don't give up now. You have taken the necessary first steps. You have committed yourself to reaching your goal. Your taking your body by-vi shakes. Your waking up early to get your fitness in. Your counting your calories. Let keep it going. You need a motivational partner by your side. Someone who will be going through the challenge with you. There is nothing like the buddy system to keep things going.

Remember, we are here to keep you motivated. Please feel free to ask any question about nutrition, or fitness that may come to your head.
